Potato Leek Soup for Two

Quick and easy "Soup for Two" is designed to provide a tasty home cooked meal, without the burden of leftovers!

Directions:   Add three cups of water and contents of the package to a medium saucepan. We recommend adding a tablespoon of Avocado oil or your favorite oil to enhance the dish. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer on low, allowing the soup to thicken. Serve warm or cold
