Beefy Noodle Stroganoff

Tired of spending hours at the stove on busy weeknights? The Resident Chef put a spin on your mama's comforting beef stroganoff recipe by adding bursts of flavor! This is a no fuss dinner for easy weeknights that everyone will enjoy. Add mushrooms for an extra kick of flavor, or sour cream for a creamier version.

Mixing Instructions: In a large skillet combine brown 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, drain grease. Stir in spice pack, noodles, and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min. Stir occasionally. Cook until noodles are tender. Remove from heat and stir in a ½ cup sour cream and a can of mushrooms if desired.
