Texas Chili

Our Texas Chili (no Beans) is a great addition to your pantry. It is great as a chili topped with your favorites, or as a topping for your chili dogs! Directions: Brown two pounds of ground beef, turkey, chicken or pork and drain. Add the seasoning package and a jar of your favorite salsa (you can substitute 1-15 oz cans of diced tomatoes) and 2 cups of water. (we rinse the salsa jar to get it all). Simmer on medium heat until desired consistency is reached. We like chopped onions and cheese, but let your creativity run wild. You can also add Chili beans if desired.
